A customer has requested that we screen print a few corrugated plastic signs for him. How can I do this without burning a new screen?
Try cutting some calendared vinyl and use it as a stencil applied to the backside of the screen. You can also try using a 20# poster paper. Cut out the stencil and lay it directly on top of the substrate. Place your screen over it and make your print. The ink will cause the paper to stick to the back of the screen after you print.
