Masking Vinyl Lettering
Starting at one end, lay mask down over your lettering leaving approximately 6" to stick to table surface. Take another roll or core the same size as mask you are using and back it up to the mask roll. Be sure to start out laying your mask in line with the transfer backing so the mask runs a straight course. Push the core roll, using one hand across the lettering and your mask goes down smooth. It's effective and smooth, and takes no effort. If good pressure is used when masking you dont have to burnish! I've shown this trick to some of my sign friends and they are amazed how well it works.
